Wellbeing Services
We have a wellbeing support worker who can identify the mental health and wellbeing needs of every individual woman and develop a person centred wellbeing plan to aid their mental wellbeing.
We also arrange activities through the month to help women relax, unwind and develop great relationships. Some of the activities have included crafting, roller skating, walking, gardening and much more.
We also work in partnership with and signpost to other organisations with other expertise such as councelling, housing,
finances etc. We believe it takes a whole community to help women live their best lives.
